For those that like to walk

This is just a quick note in case anyone was interested - Cape Canaveral now has sidewalks on the West side of the road starting from the Radisson all the waaaaaaaaaay down to Cocoa Beach which is about 3 miles long ----with this new addition, noone will have to dodge traffic if you would like to take a stroll in the early evening - this too will open up new restaurants close to the Radisson - just another tidbit for your information journal.

Great news.

A questions for Shirley or anyone who knows the area.

Is there a beach we can go to within walking distance.

We'll be dropped off by Tiffany Town Car at the Raddison the day before the cruise, and it would be nice to go to the beach.

Also, is Ron Jon's within the 3 mile "new sidewalk" walking distance.

I don't know about the closest beach. However, the walk isn't far at all. Shirley said it begins (or ends - the choice is yours) right outside the door to the Radisson...
