For those that have had grocery deliveries to their rooms

If they leave them at the desk, then what happens to any items that need a refer? Or you just do not order those items?

Jack

Not sure..she didn't say and I didn't think to ask. We weren't going to order anything that required immediate refrigeration though..just bottled water and maybe some fresh fruit.

We set up 2-3 weeks in advance to secure the time slot, then change as needed up until 24 hours before (like Jack). GCH keeps the cold stuff cold, and when we check in, they bring everything up for us (we arrive about 2 1/2 hours after the last delivery on the weekend).

I absolutely agree that $49 is nothing. Buy bottled water and a 2.5 gallon with a spigot, then refill. Get snacks, fresh fruit, milk, and any beverages (so expensive in the parks). You will end up saving so much. I guess it's easy for us to reach the $150 minimum for Vons (after the first delivery) since we stay so long.

That is part of our issue..we are only there for 3 days so it might be harder to reach the limit but we have young kids so having some snacks and fruit on hand is beneficial because they are always hungry/grazing and I would rather fill them up before we go into the park if I could.

Now we are going with my parents so between us and them maybe we can hit the $49 mark.
