The site leeds me to believe that the full balance is paid upfront. Is this correct?
Is there a way around this? I wanted to pay the deposit and pay at time of arrival anyone know?

Yes, if you book CP through HK you have to pay the full amount up front. I didn't really understand the breakdown, but I believe there were 2 separate charges; the first to HK (smaller percentage) and the second to CP itself (larger amount). Both charges were made/paid within a couple of days of making the reservation, as I recall.

I don't know if there is any way around this policy...didn't ask. Apparently HK doesn't require this for all resorts...many are just a percentage as a down payment of sorts, the rest to be paid when you get there. Perhaps this is CP's requirement? Good luck!! :)

They take it all upfront but if you need to cancel they will refund all but $20 (provided you are over 3 days out). The charge use to be $10.
