For those that go yearly, how many days do you think are enough for your vacation?

We have normally done about 6-7 nights but we want more time to relax and slow the pace a bit on this next trip so we're planning to stay at least 9 nights, maybe 10!

Our shortest stay was 7 nights and our longest was 2 weeks. 10-11 seems great for us. We did go to Univ. Studios on the 2 weeks but we would rather visit Disney. Univ. Studios is just not worth it to us.

We've gone 7 nights, 8 nights, and 9 nights, and we have settled in on 8 nights as being our optimum.

That's partly because we pull the kids out of school, and we can do 8 nights (Sat - Sunday) without missing more than one week of school.

The more the better though. If the kids weren't in school, we'd probably do 9 - 10 nights. The cost for extra days at the end of a stay are typically pretty low.

yea we are only saving about $300 by leaving a day early. It's worth staying 7 nights for the extra $100 per person.

When I go, I usually like to do at least 8 days, 7nights - that's the minimum, anything less I feel rushed. If I had the choice I would go for up to 2 weeks.

If you think the day will make a difference in your plans, such as an extra day at a park, DTD, or a day at the resort, then I say go for it! You can get a lot done one one day if you please!

DH & I are DVC owners and AP holders so we drive down several times a year. We range from 3-4 day weekends to longer trips of 6 nights-7days. Next December we will spend 8 nights-9 days! Woot! Woot!

I need a minimum of seven days in the parks to feel like I got a chance to do most of the things I want to do. Ideally, ten days would be best. And that's not doing anything outside the "Disney bubble" - it's strictly WDW every day.

I wish I lived close enough to do shorter trips, but being from Washington State, it takes a full day of travel each direction. I can't imagine just going for a few days - I wish I lived close enough!

We usually go for 6-7 nights. It gives us time to go to each park, some more than once. Plus we usually take one day just to rest, shop, or go sight seeing at other resorts.

My husband considers 4 days enough. The day we go to AK, we do DTD that evening. One day in each park. Then he's done and ready to leave WDW.

I have been going solo twice a year for 5 days for the last 5 years. That was ok but I'd have loved to have more time - I still haven't done Cirque.

Some years we go yearly, others we got 2 times a year. Either way I like a minimum of 8 park days. That way I don't feel so rushed and can spend time just relaxing by the pool or strolling around World Showcase sampling the goodies!

Well, when you have school aged kids and aren't willing to fight crowds during holidays, summer, or school vacations, things tend to work there way toward a Sat-Sun 8 day, 7 night trip, which honestly feels about right for us. Still sad to leave but kind of ready to get back home.
