For those of you who placed diseny direct orders

How many of you can find your order? I went to check on my oder and it just say no order with that number. I got no email of it being cancled. I also checked my new order from yesterday same thing. I am hopping it a computer proublem!

try clicking the button that lists all your orders and see if it's there, all my orders are displayed

I just tried to track my order and got a message that the website is down while they make improvements. Let's hope that it's just a computer glitch!!

I did exactly that and it was there. Said it was at the distibution center.
I too was nervous, as I STILL have not received a confirmation email and placed my order yesterday.

It always seems like it takes DisneyDirect a while to send confirmation e-mails.
And you can't track an order until it does ship.

I ordered some costumes on Saturday, then went back and ordered some Nightmare before Christmas stuff on Monday. I only got confirmation of order e-mail for my Monday order and when I checked all available orders, only the Monday order appeared. So I had to go back and order the costumes again!

I got my email that is was ordered and a tracking code with a 10 coupon yesterday. I ordered it yesterday.

My orders from June and July both state they are at the distribution center even though I received them within a week of placing the order.
I don't think Disney Direct is very good at updating things.

One of my order says active but I did receive a email that it was shipped.
