The stars I could identify were; Brad Pitt, Harrison Ford, Huey Lewis, Robin Williams, Cameron Diaz, Good Charlotte, one of the members of Fall Out Boy (Pete Wentz), Macy Gray, Josh Groban, Don Cheadle, and was that Ashlee Simpson?

Also, I saw Lance Bass, Meatloaf, Christina Applegate, Charlie (from Lost), and the lady singing at the beginning looked kind of like Joan Jett.
