I was not shocked to learn that the person who killed your Dad was back in jail. An injustice was served when he was set free. That smug excuse of a human being has obviously not learned from his past mistakes and will continue on this reckless path until he does kills someone again (like your brother said). Hopefully, the courts will see this and keep him behind bars for a long, long time. I am very sorry you and your family have to see that guy's mug again. You have endured enough pain and grief this past year. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

What a smug POS. If anyone did that to someone in my family and walked after one flippin' day, I would have hunt them down myself. I think that the Klose family has shown remarkable grace under such insufferable circumstances. I have followed this story and it appalls me to no end the incompetencies of the criminal justice system and not just in Orlando but everywhere. I'm very sorry Kevin that you and your family cannot get the closure and justice served that you deserve.
