For those of you that have been following the story of the man who killed my Dad....

Kevin, You have our most heartfelt sympathy and condolences. Our sister-in-law's father was killed in a similar manner ( he was in his 80's and riding a bike). I have not read all the posts here but my recommendation is that a civil suit for wrongful death should be considered. Maybe it will wipe the smile off his face. Remember that in civil court, you can get a jury and the burden of proof is less.

What a horiffic miscarriage of justice, it's almost unbelieveable. I do not understand why these people get through the cracks. Many people serve much more jail time for very minor offenses.

I can only hope that karma and the %$#@@ stupidity of this person will get him what he deserves....before he injures anyone else.

I'm glad that it wasn't another death that got him arrested. Unfortunately, I doubt that he'll serve much, if any, jail time for violating his probation. Seems like guys like him can always find a loophole.
