Does anybody know anything about this type furniture? From what I can gather off the web, it was made by a company that is now out of business. Is their furniture worth anything? We are thinking of selling it to get it out of our way - but if it's worth something I hate to sell it for a song and later regret it.
It is a very sturdy table with 3 leaves and 6 unusual chairs - bent stick backs. It is hard to find info on the web, but some that I have found makes me think we should keep it rather than sell it. We ended up with it in a strange way and don't really know its origin. You don't really see tables like this in the South - I think its from New England or Ohio.

a quick Google search came up with the company being established in 1867, MA/New England & PA area. I found several sites referencing sets made during the 40's (folks looking for matching chairs, etc) ...sounds like it might be worth investigating further

saw a few references to a furniture company called Winchendon Furniture Co. and M.H.Parks, Co. of Winchendon MA to have them put together matching chairs, might be worth your time to contact them for further leads
