For those interested in the HUGE snows in CO

here are some pics my sister sent. She lives in Highland Ranch, just outside of Denver. In one part of their yard, there is only about 8 inches showing of their 6 foot fence!!

Yep, that looks like my house. It has finally stopped, now the cleaning up starts. They've been able to do a lot of plowing because everyone is staying home. The big problem is the off ramps on the interstates where cars got stuck and now are in the way of the plows. Man, what a storms. This helps with the drought, but does not end it. They say we won't be out for a year or two. But, this definately helps.

I used to live in Highlands Ranch! Kind of looks like my old neighborhood. My sister still lives in Denver and her work has been shut down for 2 days. Thanks for the pictures.

my sister said it was now raining by her! The forcast is for the 60's this weekend, I hope you guys don't get flooded when all that melts!

Disney held their shareholders meeting in Denver today. They say there were about 100 people there, most of them Disney employees. Roy Disney and most of the other board members also did not make the meeting! Springtime in Colorado!

Hate to imagine what it must be like when it all melts away tho, guess that causes other problems

Here in Boulder we only got about 2 ft but it is very very wet snow. It is already melting in a big way causing damming. In places the water is dammed up so bad that the water is up to one's knees. Off from work yesterday but back today.

Well, we WERE supposed to fly through Denver yesterday on our way home from LA . . .

Needless to say, our flight was cancelled . . . Those are quite impressive pics, though!!
