For the Krispy Kreme fans

Two weeks ago I saw a cart pull up to the sugar loaf building at the GF absolutely LOADED with Krispy Kreme boxes. I never saw them being offered in the lounge, but they were going somewhere. I didn't see any at 1900 buffet either. It suggests they're being served at the GF (? Gasparilla grill).

FYI Race Trac petrol stations in FL and some other ones seem to be selling KK's at the moment. There's also a KK at Tampa airport (in the food court beside Taco Bell, BK and Pizza Hut) and at JFK (Terminal 4). I'm sure there must be one at Orlando airport too.

Oh my gosh this is too funny!

We had our first KK open up in Connecticut this past Monday and people actually waiting since Sunday at noon in line to the first ones to taste them. Apparently this one is located right of the highway and cars were all backed up the exit ramp waiting in the drive thru line!

We are getting another one next month which is closer to me so I may be able to try them hot once the hoopla dies down. Hopefully I'll be trying my first every KK at Chef Mickey's on October 25th! Heard they were there and I'm gonna try one to see what the fuss is all about.

delicious donuts that you could ever have. We stayed at the Excalibur in Las Vegas and they had an actual KK bakery there! My 16yr old (who has alot of food allergies) thought this was the best part of the trip. He adores the glazed, and could watch them being made, hot out of the oven. If you purchase them at a store and they cool, nuke them for 5-20 seconds and they are great, ENJOY!!!!!!!!!

my favorite donuts from krispy kremes are the chocolate covered buttercreamed ones those are so yummy especially when you want a sugar fix

If you ever get the chance to get them at a KK store make sure you do! They are much better when they are just made. Now I am mad at myself for not getting some today when I was down the mountain!

My friends were in Myrtle Beach this summer and heard SO much about Krispie Kreme's. One picked some up when they were warm and raved how good they were. Another couple had some when they were "cooled" and couldn't figure out what the big deal is... They kept being told "get them warm, get them warm!!!" but alas, they could never get them warm....

so as KK just opened in Connecticut now, maybe they'll make it up here to Massachusetts and we'll get some warm!!!

I grew up with Krispy's. In high school, we used to sell them on Sat. AM to raise $$ for club/sororities for .75 a dozen! The original glazed are still my favorite. If we're traveling down south and pass a KK when the HOT sign comes on, watch out 'cuze DH will give you whiplash pulling in the parking lot! Here's their website if you're interested:

I live in Connecticut too, I saw that one the news, I laughed my head off!!
I live too far to go to either of the two new stores, unless I happen to be in the area....I hope they realize the need for the KK's and send them closer to me....LOL

They just opened the first one in West michigan about 2 weeks ago and they are great. Get one when they are hot and they are out of this world. There are long lines of people waiting whenever you stop by.
