just back from a short trip and once again used Sunray...this was a 3 parter since we went to Universal in the middle of the stay... Roger picked us up and Bob returned us to the airport...first time meeting Bob, a real pleasure! in the middle, we had Larry as our driver - excellent!! I will not use any other company....these gentlemen are timely, courteous and the service is simply outstanding....immaculate vehicle ...

Roger wasn't able to pick us up for the second leg but he called and left a message telling me to look out for Larry...a delight! very knowledgable about the area , I highly recommend him.... not even back 24 hours and I'm getting ready to book for my October trip!

We had Roger from SunRay in October. We originally booked with Jimmy from Golden, but he ran into some scheduling problems. He arranged SunRay for us and we had no complaints at all. Roger was very friendly and timely and I'd use him again if I can't get Jimmy.

to be honest, I tipped them more than that but I felt the service was well worth it and I'm not there every week (yet)!

$15 or $20?

I'm just trying to get a rough idea. We're trying to budget tips before we go, and we'll have separate envelopes for them. I figure we'll need tips for: Sunray driver, bell services, mousekeeping, dining, and maybe a few taxi rides. Most of the rest of our trip money, we'll get in traveller's checks.

we tipped $20 each leg ...didn't have the same driver twice this time around... my daughter had lots of bags and they made an unscheduled grocery stop for us..(Publix)

I don't remember the type of SUV used except it was spotless and huge - a 7 seater I think...I'm sure if you call or write them, they'll be glad to give you the info...
