??? for serial add-on DVC members

OK...I"m guilty as the rest of you. Original contract at OKW and four 50 point add-ons at HH and OKW.
My question...I've got a stack of DVC stuff about 6 inches tall. Deeds, public offering statements, 3 ring binders etc. DW says " get rid of all the junk". What do I need to keep ? What can I toss ? What have you done ?
All suggestions appreciated.

Pretty sad... We've added on 4 times, also - and I still have all of it, as well.

We're getting ready to move to a new home - so maybe I'll "consolidate," then.

It's just so hard to let it go...

I am looking at my stack right now. I have mine under my desk. I still have the boxes that it came in, so my stack is a foot high!

I also have a sizeable collection- all neatly (OK, maybe not so neatly) stored in a closet, under a desk and in a bookshelf in several rooms in our house.

I figure if it's kept in manageable sized piles, maybe she won't notice!

Actually, if you can part with any of it, the signed documents and any deeds are most likely the only pieces that are really important. The other things are fun to glance thru periodically, but aren't necessary from a legal standpoint.

I dug out our DVC information video from 1993 and watched it last evening. The Disney Vacation Club Resort looked pretty nice!

I have all my stuff, too, stored in one cupboard in my kitchen. I have 3 contracts, and two add-ons, so my stack is pretty big, too. I just can't bear to throw it away, just in case I need it for something. I get three of everything, and I don't get around to throwing it all out until about December, when the next set of stuff is about due to arrive.

I've got 10 contracts. For the multi-site public offering statement and each individual resort public offering statement, I just keep the most recent revision.

I am going home today and fish the box my paperwork came in out of the trash!

Looks like I will be needing it! Its a nice sized box and I will make it "home" for all my DVC stuff. I think it will fit under the bed.

Like so many of you, we have a lot of DVC stuff, and I want it all. However, I did separate out the DVC recorded deeds and put those in the safe deposit box. The envelopes that they came in are clearly marked OKW, BWV, etc. Heaven forbid if the "kids'" should someday think that is just more of our clutter they should dispose of... Now I am trying to restrain myself from ordering a new DVC video in hopes it will include SSR by chanting "I will not add on, I will not add on..."
