Hey Pum...I was just wondering how you cook your Moose Meat? I mean, any different types of ways? I know that you must crock pot some and cook some like steaks, but do you have any different recipes for this?? (I love to sneak mine in Spaghetti because the kids have no clue! LOL)

crockpot......and I love my meatballs with both......no one knows that I didn't use beef......because both deer and moose are so lean....you have to use for meatballs, at least one part beef hamburg to two parts moose or venison.....other wise they don't stick together.......but I do love it......
