? for people who booked the Bounce Back program

I booked the Bounce Back Program when I was there in Dec and will have free dining Sept 29th-Oct 7th. Yesterday I received a postcard in the mail asking me to go online to fill out a survey. It states 'We have selected a small, but significant cross-section of our guests for an important survey. ' It then goes on to list www.disneysurvey.com and has a password to enter. I did the survey. It had me verify I was there, where I stayed, what I liked and didn't like about my resorts, how I had heard about the Bounce Back Program, and if I had planned to return to WDW in 2007 even before I had heard about it. It also asked me if I had made a special trip to WDW just to book the Bounce Back Program and several questions about how I liked it. It was mainly about the Bounce Back Program and how I'd heard about it and liked it.

Anyway I was just wondering if other people had received the same postcard and if you'd done the survey? I've done several surveys while I'm down there, but have never received a postcard after I come home asking me to log on and do a survey (where I had to have a password to even log in).

I received something similar, though not specific to the Bounce back program. I think this is an ongoing tool WDW uses. I received a postcard from WL about a month after our trip. Same info re: doing an online survey,logging on with a password etc.... It was specific to WL and was quite lenghty.

Nice to hear you were able to benefit from the Bounceback program. Our fingers are crossed for free dining for our trip Aug-Sept or a postcard for the 40% off resorts, that people are currently receiving

I booked in Nov, for 8/31-9/9-07. Have not received any survey regarding this trip. Could be because I've changed dates & rooms twice already. Thank goodness for our WDW TA(Lisa) she is the best

Both my SIL and I booked in December but neither one of has have received the survey. Interesting though, maybe they'll continue to have the Bounceback program in the future.

We also booked a Bounceback Free Dining September 07 vacation while visiting WDW in December. But, we haven't received a survey

We did a split stay between three resorts last August and received a resort-specific survey card from two of them.

I booked the Bounce Back package in December and I did get a survey from the POFQ that was specific to that resort. Nothing was asked of me about the Bounce Back package.

I got my postcard yesterday - with the same basic language you stated. We had been at POR December 8-16th.

I did do the survey and got to the question about the bounce back offer they made (where if you book the trip before you leave you can have the free dining).

The survey said that THEIR RECORDS INDICATED THAT I HAD taken advantage of this deal (I can't remember the exact wording). BUT I HAD NOT. Of the responses you could pick, (such as yes and unsure), I picked the one that said NO, I HAD NOT. There wasn't much after that.

It made me a bit nervous that they said their records had that indication (and I noted that on my comments about the survey).

I did a split stay (two nights at POP and six nights at CBR) Dec 9th-17th. My survey also said that their records indicated that I had taken advantage of the Bounce Back Program (which I had), but then went on to ask ALOT of questions about how I had heard about it, if I had booked my Dec trip just to sign up for the free dining, what I thought about it, how knowledgable the CM was, what I liked/disliked about it, etc. It went on to ask questions about what I liked and disliked about the DDP.
