Well, it was over $4000 just to do moderate for 5 people. I am just guesstimating, because I want to have Disney Dollars to spend for us to eat with. I'm not sure if we'll do a dining plan or not, because I'm not all that impressed with Disney food. Plus, both kids will be adults by the next time we go. And I want to have some Disney Dollars for souvenirs. It will make less money that I have to save.

I'm still trying to decide what I want to do for a vacation this summer. I do have that no expiration on the Disney tickets from last year. That only has one park day on it, but it still has multiple visits to the waterparks or to Disney Quest. I just don't know if I want to do that in June. You know how I feel about people. Maybe we'll just go to a beach. My husband has informed me that he probably won't go on vacation with us, so its just the kids and me. I guess its whatever they want. I just don't want to go north.

As much as I like places like the Hampton Inn, they are the ones who are stingy with the towels. At least Best Westerns give you enough towels. Don't Hampton Inns know that women need two towels? One for their bodies and one for their hair.

I mean, my mom borrows money from me occasionally, but I've been working for years and manage to have a little bit saved. And she usually pays me back pretty soon after she borrows it. Of course, there's that $250 she owes me for paying for her hotel last summer when she went away for a few days. But I'm not really worried about it because I already paid it off.

I think its just insane for you to have to give your parents money when they know you have a newborn to care for.

I'm sorry your parents are asking you for money and bugging you. I know that is difficult. After all, you and Josh and the baby are now a family and you need all the money you are making to support yourselves. Jason comes first and your own bills come next. Don't let them guilt you into it. If you owe them money, that is different, then figure out what you can afford out of your pay after you do what you need to with your money, then give them that amount every pay until you are repaid.

my parents tell me that I owe them money because they made payments for me on the car but they have it now so I dont feel that I should have to pay them back for it.. and they have done things that have seriously screwed my credit besides the late payments on the car.. they needed stuff from walmart one time.. they needed some fans or something in Clearlake and we did it on credit out of my BofA account and it was like $500 and it over drew my account and they were going to pay it back but they never did so now thats in collections on my credit.. and when we moved to Clearlake I had to put the AT&T thing in my name and I saw on my credit that they owe $220 thats gone into collections that they feel they dont have to pay me back.. now when Josh and I move we have to hope that they wont try and get that paid back for us to get service in Winters..

Sorry to hear that Michele. I know that's upsetting being your sister and all. I know it would upset me if it were my sister. At least you know its her and not all of you, lol. Good for Josh, they don't need to be asking them for money when they have a new born and are just starting out in life!

sometimes I dread when they are coming down.. but for the sake of sanity and everyones felings i put on a smile and spend time with them.. I dont want Jason to miss out because mom and dad and I are having issues that they dont even know about.. and its not even really dad.. its mostly mom.. but i put on the happy face and bear through it.. maybe when we move they will be more satisfied with the more time they will get with Jason adn stop being pains.. they may not ever stop asking for money but they might stop griping all the time..

I didn't realize Steph's brother lived with you. I guess unfortunately neither child wants to live with them anymore. Yes it will cost them big time in the end, they will lose those kids and in the long run their grandchild. Very foolish of them, yet as you said, they don't see where they are doing anything wrong. They will never own up to their own mistakes when no one bothers with them anymore, will blame it all on everyone else. That is so sad.

Well, thanks but I still didn't sleep good last night. I managed to fall asleep around 11:00 (even though I went to bed at 9:00) and then Chris woke me up when he came to bed. and then once I finally fell back asleep I kept having weird dreams that woke me up. My bed is getting more and more uncomfortable by the night. I really want one of those sleep number beds but they're just so darned expensive!!

OTX is driving me nuts! I spent at least 25 minutes answering questions about ice cream. Then it tells me I didn't qualify.

But that Ph.D. I just earned is really paying off. Unfortunately, my 4 month old doesn't have congenital heart defects, so I didn't qualify for that survey, either.

I hate OTX too. I couldn't even get a daily yesterday so I gave up. I was too tired to care. Hopefully we can both get some easy surveys today.

The only way I could have done anything is if I cancelled the whole order and then replaced it. Which I did NOT want to do since I already paid through paypal. And since paypal takes the $ out of your account before the item ships I did not want to go through all that crap. So I'm just getting the pink one. It shipped yesterday and the estimated deliver date is on Friday. I can't wait to get it!!

oh man you should write to corporate and tell them that you need more towels. I hate when hotels are stingy on towels. When we stayed at Pop in '07 we didn't let housekeeping come in our room to clean because we didn't want anything stolen since I had brought my laptop. They just left us a bag of towels and shampoo and soap every day so we had a crap ton of everything It was awesome!

I don't know how Dan managed to get enough to pay for an entire trip on SR. I'm still in awe of that. Wish I could do that. I'm not dedicated enough I suppose.

I am okay I guess. The main problem I have with Ambien and that sort of thing is I always have a "hang over" type of feeling.

Really? I've heard lots of negative affects from it. Chris tried it once and ended up having thoughts of suicide and he had nightmares from it. It was really bad. After he talked to his Dr the Dr then told him that was one of the possible side effects. Nice to tell him afterwords.

That's a good reason to not take it. Have you ever listened to those commercials on TV for the different prescriptions? I often wonder if the benefits out weigh the side effects.

Yeah!! I always wonder too. I have seen a commercial recently for something that's supposed to help psoriasis (which I have) and I have no desire to find out if I will encounter any of those side effects just to make my skin not dry.

Me too. And I have found that there are some lotions if I put it on that help the psoriasis. The thing that cracks me up is they give hydrcortizone for it. Oh please how is that gonna help.

I ended up sending her back to bed this morning and not to school. She has a tummy bug going with it right now.
