OH, Michele, what was the name of author/titles of the other book series you were recommending? Something about a male detective I think?

Marshay, I don't know if you'll like them but if you are reading the Stephanie Plum Numbers series, you may want to try Fern Michaels (I think I once posted incorrectly that her name was Fern Myers,oops), It's the Vegas Series and the Sisterhood Series, they are both awesome. Also Janet Evanovich wrote a few other series but the three books that also have the character Stephanie Plum are Plum Lovin', Plum Lucky & Plum Spooky. I have read them all and am now reading her early books, I read Wife for Hire a few days ago and then read Plum Spooky and now am reading Naughty Neighbor. I only read one of Sue Grafton's Alphabet Series, I read the S one.

Kody had her neurologist appointment today. He says that there is no tumor or anything like that. Which is good, but he still cannot pinpoint the cause of her headaches. The only thing he knows is that they do not appear to be migraines. He thinks that she might have a peusdo-tumor, caused by too much spinal fluid. So she has to have a spinal tap in her near future. Yippee. More fun.

The neurologist said that because she is adult size it won't be as bad as it is for kids. And if it is a pseudo-tumor they can control it with prescriptions.

Your pictures are too cute. I don't know about anyone else, but when I was 9 months pregnant, I didn't look pregnant. I just looked FAT. At least you look cute pregnant. Not like you got run over by a truck like I did.

Yeah, well,it finally caught up to me. I took one of my sick days today. And I loaded up on prescription medication that doesn't work. I will be PUIing any minute now.

I agree...boo to spinal tap.

I sent Chele a PM, just to tell her my experience with spinal taps, as I've had many. They're really not too bad if you can get your body in the right position for them.

Now, if they ever tell Kody to get a blood patch because they've taken too much fluid out with the spinal tap...tell them a big H.E.L.L. to the N.O. I've taken a lot of pain in my life, but that was the one thing that had me in tears. I swear it was worse than childbirth.

I don't get the hype with that. I was in Hot Topic yesterday buying the kids their shirts for the Disturbed concert, and they had that Twilight crap everywhere. I'm just not sure what all the fuss is about.
