Shopping was a success!!

I went to Target and found some flip flops. They were $12.99...I actually might go to Shoe Dept tomorrow and see if I can find some I like better. I only bought the ones at Target cause I saw them, they were brown, and somewhat comfortable.

We also went to TJ Maxx where I found Mike a pair of shorts on clearance for $10 (he really could use them since he's not a big shorts wearer so doesn't have that many). And I didn't think it would happen but I found the exact bra I was hoping to find!! It's a Calvin Klein bra in white that is just like a black one I got a few weeks ago at a different TJ Maxx. Only $12

Then we went to Walmart where I got a 97 cent extension cord (for the laptop in the room in case we need it), neosporin, special blister bandages (which I couldn't find last time I went to Walmart), a folder to put my Disney documents in, travel lysol, travel febreeze, more gum (orbit), and travel shave gel for both Mike and I.

I think I can honestly say I am DONE buying for this trip. 2 days ahead. I also cleared out the junk in my car this afternoon (since my parents will have it at their house, and not that they need it but they can take it wherever they please).

I ordered my sunshine rewards $50 disney gift card about a month ago, but it still hasn't arrived. Needless to say I am pretty peeved!!! I hope I am lucky and it comes tomorrow or Friday!!!! Oh please oh please oh please!!!

Mike has been instructed to do ONE THING tomorrow or Friday: Get a few rolls of quarters from the bank for the penny presses. (We have some pennies...although not brand new)

Tomorrow I'm hoping to get my pedicure, and I'll wash my new bra and Mike's shorts, and any last minute things.

Just 2 more days of work, then I'm officially on vacation!!!

Good morning everyone. Tomorrow is Friday! My leg pain seems to have subsided for now. I dunno what I did to make it better but I'm not going to complain. Although it did keep me tossing and turning most of the night. It still hurt a bit when I got out of bed this morning but ever since I've been at work it feels fine.

Anyways, I hope everyone else is doing well this morning.

I have no idea. I'm waiting to see the doctor. If I am indeed pg I'd rather have that dr tell me what to do to relieve the pain rather than my PCP. I have a feeling I'll be sent to a physical therapist or something of that sort.

well, New Orleans drinks are expensive too, but not NEARLY as delicious (or even as strong) as Disney drinks!!

I doubt it really. I mean, even if it does have a wait time it can't be longer than 15 min. It loads on a moving system just like SE and that one, even when it had a line, was not a long wait time at all either. I can't wait to hear about the changes. I really hope they did do something cool to it. It has been needing some TLC for ages!!

have you read anything about changes made there? I hadn't seen anything specific, I actually wasn't sure if they would even make updates--if it was only closed for a certain part of SM's rehab. But I thought I might have read anything about the vehicles being updated, with different lights or something? I just wonder about the inside....

I have not heard one thing about any changes they made (if any). That would be neat if they did change the cars. Not that the old ones were bad. I guess it will take you riding it to find out. Text me while you are riding it or after you ride it and let me know what you saw. I'm anxious to hear about it.

Wow you sure have been busy. I'm glad you got it all done. About the pennies for the penny press, the older ones are actually better than the newer ones. So use the oldest ones first, ones before 1979 seem to work best but they all do work, just the older ones seem to come out clearer.
One more day of work now girl, it's Thursday! Awesome for you!

Was all set to say how glad I am that your legs quit hurting then read your next post. I am sorry that you are having problems, I'm keeping my fingers crossed and saying a prayer that it gets better.
