I'm very excited! I think a trip to the dollar tree (and possibly Walmart) is in order tonight. I have a few more small things I need to buy. I might also go to the new TJ Maxx and see if I can find a new white bra. Mine is "not so white" anymore..well the straps anyway

It didn't take me too long to catch up. I certainly have been out of the loop.

For those of you on FB, you may know a little about this already...

Sunday night/Monday morning (around 1 am) I woke up with excruciating pain in my left side/back. I laid there for an hour in pain until Mike finally said "c'mon, let's go to the ER" so off we went. We waited 3 hours (after triage room) and still never got in. I was in SO much pain. The waiting area was disgusting...vomit bags sitting on seats, trash everywhere, needless to say we were not thrilled. I am mad at myself for not leaving sooner. We finally headed to the next town over to their hospital (St. Tammany Parish) and had absolutely no wait for care. They did a urine, then a catscan, and gave me pain meds. (first tortol(sp?) which didn't help a lick)...then they gave me dilaudad -- OH MY LORD that stuff was STRONG! I've never had it before, only heard Nikki mention it. It sure knocked out the pain. But also had me vomiting on the way home (had to stop on the side of the road a few times) and Tuesday morning. I wish they had given me phenergan along with it.

Diagnosis: UTI and kidney stone. 3mm so it's small enough to pass--so I'm drinking lots of water and hoping it passes soon. I've heard that kidney stones are as painful, or sometimes MORE painful than giving birth. So now I'm certain I can handle labor.

THEN as if that wasn't enough, the hosp called later on Monday and told me that they also saw a "tissue density" on my right ovary--meaning it's probably another cyst. I have an ultrasound scheduled tomorrow to see exactly what it is. It's at 11:15 and I am anxious & nervous to find out if that's what it is, how big it is, etc.

I hope you're feeling better now. Has it passed yet? As far as the phenergan goes, it has a tendency to make you vomit MORE when they give you dilaudid along with it. They usually give that to me after they take the 10 minutes putting the dilaudid in. As soon as the phenergan hits, I'm grabbing the emesis basin. That dilaudid is wicked stuff, but phenergan doesn't always help. At any rate, I'm looking forward to getting my dilaudid next week. I'm about at my wit's end with this pain.

Oh yeah, toradol doesn't help much...

SO............ Tomato has spoken. He wishes to go to BOMA! He likes the idea of leaving the park for awhile and wants to check out AKL!

WOW... so far this week he has agreed to DDP and has made a meal request. Who is this man?!?! I think I love him.

BUT FIRST... I gotta find out if they offer regular kid food like chicken nuggets or something... otherwise my sons will not eat.

Aww, we tried to go to Boma in June, but we were there too early. I don't think they open until 3 or something and we were exploring AKL around lunch time. So we left and went to Planet Hollywood instead. Can't wait to hear how you all like it. It is your first time there, right?

hey guys... ive been MIA.. sorry.. been busy working and sleeping and Peanuting! he has 2 teeth!!!! omg .. i cant belive it.. im trying to get him to nap and the computer is in his room for right now so I am going to go but before I do here is a couple pics i tried to get of his cute little teeth.. one just recently popped and the other is about a week old.. so they arent that big yet!

They look a lot alike, but you can definitely tell the difference. Elizabeth looks a lot bigger than Rachel was.

Anyhoo... just a drive by because I feel like crap. Fever is *down* to 99.8. I had a rough night.
BUT I just wanted to tell Carla that I did my one little ADR (since UJ did the rest!) online this morning and they were having some technical difficulties!

It took me about a half hour just to get it to go through after several attempts.

I was getting so frustrated and I had such a headache I was about to just give up. It worked finally. I think it was just that they were very busy.

Anyway... my point is when you try for yours online, if you can't get it to work keep logging off and back on and trying again.


I'm going to back to bed.

And how are YOU feeling now? My kids got it too. I hope I don't end up with it. I'm not even allowed to take any aleve now, since it is a blood thinner, and that would SUCK!

Maryland Crabs from the Chesapeake Bay are the best crabs anywhere. When they make deviled crabs, the mix they do (am not sure what they put in it) is delicious and they make like a cupcake sized ball and they bread it with some type of breading and they bake them and they are delicious. I've had deviled crabs down here and they are not as good and are put on a shell. I like ours much better., no offense, lol.

OK Cheri and Nikki, I am NOT almost as old as the Beach Boys, not Beach Old Men! You two are mean. Don't make me any older than I already am, they hhave at least 10 years on me!

Hm sounds like what we called a stuffed crab or crab ball. Mandina's makes a really good one, but it is probably totally different than what you are used to.

Hi OB and hi to everyone else. Hope everyone is having a great short week. I'm looking fwd to this afternoon. Going to pick up my copy of Rock Band Beatles edition!! I'll be pretty much all evening

On the down side, I am having some major pain in the back of my left thigh. At first, I thought I pulled a muscle walking back to the car after the Nationwide race on Saturday because the pain started on Sunday but the pain just keeps getting worse and worse. It's ok when I stand but if I'm sitting or laying down and I have my leg fully extended it just kills! It's hard to describe the pain since it's not a pulled muscle pain. I just dunno what it could be. I tried looking up pain in the thighs in early pregnancy because that is always a possibility but I didn't find much. I just dunno

Yes, we went to the dollar tree and Sally's beauty supply (Mike didn't go inside there )

I needed an angled makeup brush at Sally's. I lost mine, I have no idea what happened to it! But I certainly wasn't going to be without one at WDW (I use it for my eyebrows...they are very blonde naturally so I have to use eyeshadow!)

At the dollar tree we bought more ponchos (3 packs = 6 ponchos), 2 multipacks of gum (doublemint and juicyfruit), travel size pantene hairspray, a 2 pack of toothbrushes, 2 cheap plastic bowls (for our cereal in the mornings), and some funyuns--for me to snack on today...they're sitting on my desk--I'm just waiting for the right moment to pounce on them!

I think we got something else, but I can't remember.

I might head to TJ Maxx and Walmart tonight.

On my to-do list I have a few things:
1. get a pedicure
2. get my bangs trimmed (I'll do that tomorrow at lunchtime)
3. and I'm also seriously considering a mystic tan, since I haven't been fake baking lately. If I do it, it will probably be tomorrow evening. I'll have to exfoliate really well before I go, so I will probably do that when I get home from work, then go get sprayed.

on Friday, Mike will have to bring Chance to the vet for his weeklong stay there. Merlin is staying at my cousin's house. He'll have their dog Minnie to play with.

Well I've used bleach when I wash and it still doesn't work. Also I'm afraid to use too much bleach on something delicate because it will ruin it. I have another white bra but it's a racerback so can't wear it with everything. Then I have blue, 2 blacks, purple, red, dark pink, light pink, green, beige...
