Good morning!!

Today Elizabeth is 5 months old!! Hard to believe that we are soon going to be starting solid food.

I'm trying to work on the autograph book some more this AM before Elie wakes up!

Great ideas on board games. Make it a fun weekly thing...dinner and games
maybe one week..dinner and a movie. does she have a dVd player?

Thanks girl. I apprciate it :goodvibes

I actually talked abt it with my MIL last night and she burst my board game balloon. Apparently Mamaw won't play board games (according to her). So now I just dunno what to do :confused3 They do have a DVD player so maybe we'll just do that.

awww it goes so fast doesn't it?

Happy 5 months to Elizabeth!

And Happy Closing Day to us! This afternoon we sign our names 16746460541 times and then hand over a big fat check and get the keys to our new home! :cool1:

Tomorrow Eli arrives.

Then Friday the big truck arrives with all (hopefully!) of our worldly possessions!

Busy, busy!

Today I am going to get this trip figured out and book it before Tomato changes his mind!

I need a ticker!

Oh and Sharky! Friday night will work for us! I'm so excited! (you know I don't whip out that banana for nothin'!)

Cheri & Carla,
You wont believe this!!!! I was a puppeteer at a church during my first marriage......no joke!!!! I bet Love doesnt even know that about me...
I did it for about a year......we had a 2 tier stage and about 10 diff puppets.......we did it for Sunday schools and youth groups....

You were talking about Jeff Dunham...he is awesome.....he does the dead terrorist puppet....I saw him perform with that puppet for 2nd or 3rd time doing him on stage...he was using his notes on stage....you can see all of his skits on youtube......Walter (old man), Peanut (his very first puppet), Jalepeno on a stick, Sweeeeet Daddy D, dead terrorist etc.
If you ever get the chance go see him.......

wow..you too? what a coincidence! We had a 2 tier set-up as well. They brought it all up on stage whenever it was time for a show. We didn't always have it though...we raised money to get the materials and then some men in the church built it I believe.

He came to New Orleans but it was shortly after Dane Cook (and I REALLY wanted to see Dane Cook so we did that and had to opt out of JD)

I didn't know you were a puppeteer. That is so nice. You should do it again, why did you stop?

You can do it if you want to work on Sesame Street, go for it, you can do anything you put your mind to!:thumbsup2

only if UJ and Carla come with me!

I hated all that signing. But it's SO worth it! (Oh and when we bought our house they misprinted my name on one of the sheets in the middle and the girl in the office at the time didn't know what she was doing so had to print out the whole thing again and they made us sign all of them again! Not to mention it took her like 20 minutes to get it to print)

you better book it, girl! Now get that ticker up, pronto!

:woohoo::woohoo: signing your life away is no fun but how exciting you get to move in this weekend!! I can't wait to see pictures!!

And I'm SO excited you guys are coming in December too. I can't wait to meet you all!! It's going to be SO awesome!!!! :yay::yay: Maybe I can have my quilt top ready for everyone to sign by then. I did get some really really cool Mickey Mouse material on my quilt retreat that I can use :thumbsup2

only if UJ and Carla come with me!

I'm SO there!! :yay:

well my throat is still sore this morning, as well as my right gland. And my ears are bothering me. But no nose stuffiness...knock on wood!

I brought some chicken noodle soup for lunch, which is what I also had for dinner last night...so I don't much feel like eating it. I might just eat some poptarts. I really don't know what I want....bleh

UGH... just got off the phone with Disney. WHY can I not ever call and get and NICE CM? This guy was a jerk. :headache: So, FL residents can only get free dining if we purchase everything else at regular price. He informs me of this with a tone of "If you have to worry about how you are going to afford it you shouldn't be calling me". That is how I always feel when I call there and that is why I hate doing it! I just want to pay as little as possible... I'm not in the habit of over-paying, kwim?

Anyway, back to the drawing board. I need to run the numbers at regular price with free dining and then run the numbers with FL discount on the park tix and the room and then compare. I know that the dining plan is not something we would pay for - our kids wouldn't eat that much to justify paying for it - but if it is FREE, well that is another thing entirely.

Such a headache.

But not so much that I won't do it!!! :rotfl2:

Sadly, I only got Sully prepped today (not put together yet).

I also have Alice in Wonderland, Mad Hatter, Captain Hook and Peter Pan prepped for my next crop. So I'm making progress...probably about halfway done or so.

Well, how about just getting your Seasonal AP's or regular AP's @ FR prices and then get one one day ticket at regular price for the free dining. I would think that would save you the most $. :thumbsup2

Actually what will save us the most seems to be paying the FL rate for the room and passes and then buying the dining plan oop or just paying for our food outright. I just logged on so I could access my TR and see what we paid for food on our last trip. All that info got packed!

I know we can't do APs yet... it's almost 1900 bucks to get them for our whole family. I just don't want to spend that right now because of all of the things we are purchasing for the house. (Maybe I shoulda got a cheaper fridge!) The seasonal pass is cheaper (still 1200 though) but the way it blocks out dates we'd need to buy them in the spring in order to really get full usage out of them. So I'm leaning toward the FL res. 3 day pass for this trip and then on our next trip we may get APs or SPs.

I'm determined to get this figured out today but I gotta run soon for the closing and I'm sitting here with a wet head! My priorities might be outta whack a bit! :rotfl:

I think there's a minimum of 2 or 3 days ticket purchase to get free dining, isn't there? (meaning you can still get it for the whole time you are staying on property but you must buy a 3 day ticket--or is it 2?--in order to qualify for it)
