Hysterical! But I'm doubting that Karl Rove was talking through his codpiece! I've heard of someone talking out their *** but this is new to me.

Wait, I thought it was Cheney doing the talking through Bush???

NASA photo analyst: Bush wore a device during debate
Physicist says imaging techniques prove the president's bulge was not caused by wrinkled clothing.

I thought the bulge was from the remote device Cheney was using to reduce Bush's smirks and grimaces. Something like aversion therapy... a little zap to the back whenever Bush did a no-no. Basically, it works on the same principal as the invisible fence used for dog training.

Another thing that bothers me about the conservatives is how they're overlooking the money that Bush is spending. He's been spending money like a crazy man and not just on the war. I thought that conservatives hated that? The worst part is that someone is going to have to pay eventually.

I'm so ready now to get it over with. No more squabbling just a new leader. :hyper:

For the record I know of no conservative that is happy with the money Bush is spending.

John Zogby (President of Zogby International) was just on The Daily Show and he predicted a win for Kerry. :Pinkbounc He said (I'm summarizing from memory) that Bush hasn't been holding the numbers that would be expected of an incumbent.

ETA - for those who liked the Eminem video to which FaithinKarma posted a link, here's one I stumbled upon while trying to find video of the Zogby interview.

Public Enemy: Son of a Bush [2004]

A lot if interesting information in the video - unfortunately it goes by so quickly I couldn't read it all.

depending on when - count me in on a meet. :)

In the unlikely event Bush gets re-elected, I will never support him. I think he is nothing short of an unmitigated disaster for this country. His conduct of this war, and the events leading up to this war, did not merit his re-election (?), but his impeachment and removal from office.

As an American citizen, the Constitution guarantees us the right to be the loyal opposition and I plan to take full advantage of that right if Bush should be re-elected.

I guess I'm a flaming liberal because I feel the same way.

As for the guess on the electorl college, I can't decide between 275 and 284 - kerry.

Good morning friends!! Having my usual breakfast brownie here. :sunny:

How many here have voted already? I'll start: ME!

bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!! now i have seen it all.

expressing one's opinion about the president now is on the same level as joining the klan or the nazi's. allrighty then.

this kind of statement makes me so angry, i'm forced to laugh.

you know, why don't you stay on the bush thread if you feel the need to say such things. i didn't respond to the comments calling us sick, as much as i wanted to.

Your poor choose of an analogy is disgusting.

I think is the right of every citizen. To question those in a position of authority helps them realize what (if something) they're doing wrong. After all, this is a democracy. I like to think that we're all are trying to do what's best for our country, it's just that, like raising children, there are as many methods are there are people.

I would rather have someone that chooses a candidate and really cares for the future of America (even if I don't agree with him on his views or choice of candidate), than someone who doesn't give a _____ , doesn't vote or elects their President by the way they look or by flipping a coin.

I thought this was supposed to be a Kerry supporter only thread? It would appear that some people are so argumentative that they've run out of people who can stand to post with them. Now they have to go somewhere else to start a fight.

Desperado, when you say "....(they) can always join the KKK and nazis", and that supporting our right to disagree with our government as "lacking character and integrity", you're just trying to start a fight.

BEGONE! Before someone drops a house on you, too! :p You have your Bush thread...I'd recommend you please use it.

What the hell is wrong with you?

Is it just me, or do he really is throwing an insult when he says "lack of integrity and character". How come the moderators don't delete that post? (Maybe they're Bushies  ;) ) I think "desesperado" is trying to get this thread close.

"You also have the right to join the Ku Klux Klan and/or the Nazi party. However, I would submit those are poor choices and those choices lack integrity and character as does the position advocated above."

And I would submit that utilizing the rights guaranteed by our constitution and remaining steadfast in opposition when faced with a poor leader like Bush takes more character and integrity than you are giving credit for.

Go vote for your wallet and remember that there are some people that actually do care more about this country than how much of a tax cut they are going to get or have gotten.

Put him on ignore. That's exactly what he's doing bubie.

Btw, he's cutting and pasting from this thread over to the Bush thread. His only purpose on these boards is to stir up trouble.

Watch my back folks, I'm headed to the Bush thread to do a little cutting and pasting of my own.

I have him on ignore Peachie, but it's hard not to read the quotes. :)

I see your new signature says you have made up your mind. Do you wonder why no one takes you seriously?

I know exactly what you mean. If there were no quotes, I'd be just fine.

I survived my journey to the Bush thread!:D

They may not care one way or the other, but I just thought they ought to have the garbage he's spewing here posted on their thread as well.

Ah well, now that I've insured that I'm fairly well going to get trashed today, I'm off to work.

Enjoy the day and keep the faith!:Pinkbounc

Well I'm so happy that ABC released the video of the soldiers opening the IAEA seal on the weapons. Do you think Bush will still be saying that Kerry is making "wild charges". Oh wait, it's probably a liberal media conspiracy. Why should we worry - Cheney tells us the war is going great! Sometimes I feel like the Republicans are like the guy in the Wizard of Oz - pay no attention to that man behind the screen. Pay no attention to the facts - believe me! Hopefully they'll be gone after Tuesday!

Nobody trashed you thus far peachgirl.

I thanked you for posting and hoped you were right in that TheAnswr's comment was taken out of context. I have read several of our Bush Supporter posts saying that we would support Kerry if he is our next CIC even if we are disappointed, and we all hope our liberal friends do the same. Any way you look at it, 50% of our nation will be disappointed w/ Tuesday's results, and so we may as well come together for the safety and security of our nation. I'm sure many of you feel the same way. And think of what we can do if we try to come together on the things that matter most in our lives. Let us not inhibit our entire nation because we dislike the one in charge. Let us unite in making our world a better place. I will do the best I can if Kerry wins. And I will make sure those around me do the same. Maybe if you try on your end as well, we can be a better nation.

I hope you all have a wonderful Friday. I'll go back to my thread now. Sending lots of love your way. :wave2:
