Mary is so popular on campus, college for her is a blast, and she goes to all the parties all the time and very often doesn't even show up for classes because she is too hung over."

Sidebar: Mary sounds like George Bush during his college days.

no matter if you are republican or democtatic..it is worth reading)

No it isn't. It's an out and out lie.

Why don't you go spread your trash somewhere else? Not sure who you're going to vote for my ***....

Election 2004

Date Bush Kerry
Today 46.4 48.4

Monday October 25, 2004--The latest Rasmussen Reports Presidential Tracking Poll shows Senator John Kerry with 48% of the vote and President George W. Bush with 46%. The Tracking Poll is updated daily by noon Eastern.

This is the first time Senator Kerry has held the lead since August 23. The 48.4% for Kerry is the Senator's highest total since August 17. Data for this update is collected on a three-day rolling average basis and Senator Kerry held the lead on each of the three days of polling.

Excellent news! That should put a bit of a damper on the re-election celebration some are already having on the Bush side...:)

Since it's disproven by snopes.com, it has been deleted.

Regarding who I am going to vote for, I have written in Colin Powell as my choice in a previous election. I don't know about your *** peachgirl, but you don't know how I will vote other than it won't be for Kerry. I have problems with Bush as well. Don't assume that means it's automatically for Bush, because when you assume......

Why are some democrats always so guilty of stereotyping or profiling others.....

Isn't it great that the Bush supporters, feeling the pressure and beginning to sweat over the election, have the need to come to this thread?

That has got to be the stupidest story I've ever read. I literally feel as though my IQ dropped as I was reading it. Equating the accumlation of money with the accumulation of education and then wrapping it up in a little Republican bow- how sweet:rolleyes: I especially love the paternal, all-knowing voice of authority "enlightening" the liberal daughter with his "wisdom." Gendering the party system, perhaps? Of course, my favorite is the gesture toward the "far-left professors" at the university. I so love encountering this type of garbage on the Kerry thread.

Remember the code words "distribution of wealth" which translates to "I don't want to pay taxes so just pass my share on to the next generation".

Fiscal responsiblity Republican-style.

Yep...and it only proves what a lot of us have been saying and thinking for a long time.

They aren't satisfied discussing issues, they only want to attack.
It's really too bad that "their" thread is so boring to them that they have to come here for entertainment.;)

Perhaps they really want to vote for Kerry but are afraid to "come out" to their republican friends.

I can see it now....people across this great nation waking up and realizing that the true patriot questions his government. I can see them pulling their fingers from their ears. They have stopped singing "Mary had a Little Lamb" at the top of lungs. Yes, they have seen the light and now wish to vote for truth, justice, and the American way.:wave2:

Warn me when you're gonna do that, ThAnswr. Now I have a lovely Merlot stain on my computer screen. :teeth: Oh and thanks, I needed that.::yes::

:hyper: The Rasmussen poll has me in a good mood now!

And on top of that my man, Craig Krenzel, is going to start at quarterback for the Chicago Bears on Sunday!
:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:
(I'm an Ohio State Buckeyes fan, and it's been hard not having him on the team this year.)

I love the fact that sports are essentially unaffected by the elections. It's nice to turn on the World Series or Monday Night Football and watch something that isn't going to change at all after November 2.

I have a friend in San Francisco who makes great rainbow Kerry buttons. Do you think I should ask him to FedX some to the closeted Bushies who really want to come out into the light?

\Des`per*a"do\, n.; pl. Desperadoes. [OSp. desperado, p. p. of desperar, fr. L. desperare. See Desperate.] A reckless, furious man; a person urged by furious passions, and regardless of consequence; a wild ruffian.

ETYMOLOGY: Probably from Spanish desperado, desesperado, desperate person, from past participle of desesperar, to despair

I followed Shortbun's idea to at least put some on my ignore list temporarily. Any guesses who had the honor of being the first two?

Edited to remove evidence of a lapse in judgment.

I'll have you all know that I did my part yesterday. I told my cousin that if she voted for Kerry, I would wathc her 4 kids (1 12 year old girl, 2 9 year old boys and a 5 year old girl) for a whole day. I think she might go for it. :teeth: :teeth: :teeth: :p
