Tinkbell--Don't let the Doc scare your grandma. Kerry/Edwards are in favor of getting rid of frivolous lawsuits and have a better plan for insurance overall. What's a doctor doing trying to convince patients how to vote?? I find that inexcusable behavior. I would ask the doctor to stop campaigning and if she doesn't, talk to a hospital administrator. Patients need to feel their medical care will not be influenced by their party affiliation.

Hey everyone! I thought I should join in on this thread since I'm obviously a Kerry supporter. I already voted for Kerry last week and I think my whole college basically did too. Everyday we've had people out campaigning for Kerry and I've seen a lot of people come by the stands set out. No one went to the stand for Bush supporters. Maybe because it was of the scary cardboard cutout of Bush.

Just remember folks, the wonderful wisdom of George W. Bush:

Here's a bushisim from debate #3 (and I've not heard anyone mention it yet). When responding to a question about gay marriage bush said "I proposed a constitutional amendment. The reason I did so was because I was worried that activist judges are actually defining the definition of marriage,..." Huh? defining the definition? I know this is a relatively minor isim but still it was during the debate when he was trying to impress someone...

On 11/3 (the original question of this thread) WE are going to DISNEY WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We both voted early as Colorado is going to be contested and every vote is critical. I just hope all the college students vote on Tuesday if they haven't already as Kerry will surely win Colorado if they do!

This election is about to blow the top of my DH's head off, so I told him months ago that we were leaving for WDW early on 11/3.

We plan to celebrate with a drink somewhere in DTD.
