Thanks Lisa, after reading Lee Cockerell's book, I can see where this fellow gets his idea. It is also interesting to note that he doesn't exactly say how he implements the Disney principles. I'm sure he does, but he isn't giving away any secrets.

Most law firms don't, in my experience (not to name names or anything).

I wouldn't expect they do - it's not the focus they're going for.
