I'm a very small time seller. Most everything I sell ends up at around $10 or less. And I've probably sold less than 20 items since I started selling. When I got my first credit card payment I was forced to switch to a business account to accept it.
I have no problem paying fees for a credit card transaction but with a business account they charge a fee for every paying transaction. I didn't care for that so I set up another personal account and tell people to contact me at the end of the auction if they are using paypal.
I do accept credit card payment in one account so Paypal is still getting their fees for that. Are they going to tell me I can't ask buyers to contact me before paying? I don't tell buyers they can't use a credit card, in fact I say I accept credit cards thru paypal. But I don't check the paypal symbol as payment accepted, I just say Paypal is accepted in my description.
Guess I'll find out if my auctions get closed. Then I will have to decide if it is worth selling something for the pitiful small profit I make.
