I've been divorced for 7 years and my youngest is about to turn 22. What paperwork have you kept if your children are over 18 years of age? I have all the court documents, I'm just wondering if I still need to keep all the attorney correspondence (copies of bank statements, medical bills, school fees).

I'm not a divorced parent, but I would think if your ex held up his end of the settlement, then you would be fine to get rid of that sort of stuff. If he has not held up his end and you need to still get him to pay up on anything, then you need to keep all paperwork that goes with what he still needs to pay for.
