I was just wondering if they still send you a paper confirmation in the mail? I got one last year with an email receipt when I booked an e-ticket over the phone with Continental. This time I booked online and was just sent an email receipt with instructions to print it out and bring it to the airport. I just wanted to re-reconfirm that the email receipt is all I need. I'm still on hold with Continental to ask this, but I think I'll get better response time from one of you. Thanks so much! :)

when you purchase a ticket online there is now a radio button that you must select if you want a printed receipt mailed to you. It isn't needed at all. The one you print out online looks just like the one they mail to you. If you need a copy for an expense report or such you can always have them print you one on Continental stock at the counter.

CO now has online check in which is great if you don't have checked luggage, which means you can completely bypass the ticket counter and head directly to gate. If you have checked luggage you can use the eticket kiosks by the ticket counter which are super quick. At the kiosks you can print boarding passes, print receipts, and change seats if you like.

Great information prncess674! Thanks! Now that you mention it, I do remember the option to get a receipt in the mail, and obviously I didn't choose it!
