The best thing we took on this trip (besides my 4 1/2 mos old granddaughter!) was the heavy plastic rain cover for her stroller. Several nights it was a bit chilly (in the 40s) and sometimes a bit windy at night. The plastic cover kept her as snug as a bug - and kept the wind from making it hard for her to breath as she was strolling through the parks! I was very surprised to see only 2 other strollers 'under plastic' the whole trip - don't go without one!! (we got ours at babies-r-us for about $8)- even had mesh vents to open if you needed more ventilation - we always kept it folded up in the basket 'just in case'!:smooth:
