For Aug 25 to Aug. 27 are dinning ressie really required?

Going to be HRH during these dates and not sure where we will wind up eating but since it will be during the week (Mon to Wed) will we really need ressies for Bubba Gump, or NASCAR or NBA City to mention a few of restaurants we would like to try. TIA

You shouldn't need a reservation for those restaurants. The only restaurants that usually require a reservation are the 2 Emeril restaurants. In fact, other than Bubba Gump, you can show your HRH room key to the host or hostess when you arrive for dinner and usually get priority seating. Its possible that Bubba Gump may now allow priority seating, you could probably check with your hotel's concierge desk to verify if Bubba Gump now allows it.
