For anyone with a BlackBerry on Bell Mobility

Earlier today I upgraded from a BlackBerry Tour 9630 to a BlackBerry Bold 9780 from Bell Mobility. However since this was my second BlackBerry with them I was told they could not set up my e-mail in the store like they previoulsy did, so I had to call one of their help numbers. They only set up the e-mail for you if it's your first BlackBerry you purchased if them. So if you have a BlackBerry with Bell and are planning to get a new one in the future they will tell you the same thing when it comes to setting up your e-mail.

Is it hard to set up?? I am on iPhone and could set it up easily, so just wondering how the BB works.

For me it took a while because I was doing exactly what the Bell rep on the phone said and I didn't see the icon for my e-mail come on the screan. Well I was getting worried because I thought what if something is wrong with it, then it finally came on and I said finally. Now maybe it took a whole because I was trying to transfer my e-mail from my previous BlackBerry, because to set up another e-mail account on the BlackBerry itself is almost or if not the same process as the iPhone.
