Earlier today I upgraded from a BlackBerry Tour 9630 to a BlackBerry Bold 9780 from Bell Mobility. However since this was my second BlackBerry with them I was told they could not set up my e-mail in the store like they previoulsy did, so I had to call one of their help numbers. They only set up the e-mail for you if it's your first BlackBerry you purchased if them. So if you have a BlackBerry with Bell and are planning to get a new one in the future they will tell you the same thing when it comes to setting up your e-mail.
