Well we have just done this again second, time paid $1217 for 2 adults and 1 child.

I have just done a quick calculation, around down the meal costs, as did not get a itemised bill, like the last time.

Anyway we have saved $460ish dollars, over the 2 weeks, and left 3 snack coupons behind.

Most of our evening meals were over $100 and our lunch was an average $20 dollars, sometimes it even came to $34 and we used a counter service coupon for DD breakfast.

The most expensive meal used 2 coupons up $150 (flying fish) very nice.

Thought i would share for anyone who is looking to do this :thumbsup2

Just a quick question on how you actually book the DDP.

Do you book prior to leaving, with your original booking or can you book it when you arrive?

We are looking at using DDP when we go next year

Thanks

You have to book it prior to leaving. However I think that a lot of the travel companied don't offer it. Disney UK said that in order to book the DDP you have to book your accomodation and tickets with them, but I'm pretty sure that someone else posted that Thomas Cook are offering it. Hope this helps! :goodvibes

Pleased it worked well for you! The DDP is very good value me and DD have got it again for this Aug.
We are thinking of trying the Flying Fish so pleased you liked it - what did you have?

Flying Fish,

I had cesear salad then chicken on a bed of mash and spinach (i think it was spinch,) followed by strawberries with ice cream.

DH had a fish starter and then he had snapper wrap, fish wrapped, then a chocolate desert, well a choice of deserts, i think he had 4 deserts, hot chocolate, chocolate cake and other chocolate things.

Chloe had a choice of salad or fish for starters, she then had a pasta and red sauce, and she had a great desert, chocolate jigsaw with a paint brush and icing to paint it with, and a cup cake.
