for all those going the 1st 2 weeks of December...

I know how some or most of you may feel. Can it be December yet and how much longer. I am the same way. But do you realize that by next Saturday, October will be half over. 2 weeks from next Sunday will be Halloween. The Thursday before Halloween will be 3 weeks until Thanksgiving which will be 1 week before most of us leave to go to the magic that is WDW and with the Mouse. :eek:

With this said who is with me and pushing it just that much more? :earsgirl:

Hey Back last September when me and my now DW decided to Disney it was 199 days until we went...week before Easter. I just know how to look on the positive on waiting 7 or 8 months. Oh wait I forgot something. 2 weeks from this Thursday will be my bday....which is 3 days before Halloween, which by my calculations is like this ...right now we have 55 days (tomorrow will be 54 days) by the end of the month will be just a little over 30 something days. Then next month we have 3 weeks until Thanksgiving or is it 4? Either way ...it is coming... Cannot wait for MMVMCP x 2 and renting the boats.

So share your thoughts on how you are going to get through this.

I arrive at WDW on Dec. 1 and I'm anxiously awaiting our trip. I called my Mother on Oct 1 and told her we would be going in 8 weeks. I can hardly wait.

I have been doing the exact same thing!!! I just can't wait for December!!! We'll be there Dec 8-12!!!

Yesterday, Oct 8, as I was bringing DD to school, she said "Hey Mom, in exactly two months, we'll be getting on our plane right now". Then, as I was dropping her off, she said "Don't forget Mom, in exactly two months, we'll be flying to Disney!"

When I picked her up from school, she said "Hey Mom, what will be doing exactly two months from now?" I said "We'll be walking around Animal Kingdom!!!"

As soon as she woke up this morning, she came running in our bed and said "Hey Mom, where are we going to be exactly two months from today??" I said "We'll be looking at the resort decorations and getting ready for Mickey's Christmas Party!!!"

Come on, December - WE ARE READY!!!! princess:

We are leaving the day after Thanksgiving and I keep reminding my DH, "we are leaving next month!"

Today at breakfast, we started making grocery and packing lists. We are staying for 12 nights and we need this vacation SO much, especially DH.

Come on November 28!!!!! :tongue:

Funny you should mention this! I'm mentally playing the "7 weeks from today I'll be..." ! Yep, double digits in October now, we have big plans each weekend until Halloween, then it's November! I have set a rule that I can't pack until November, so that is coming quick!

Please remember, though, that this is the SECOND best time (the first being AT Disney), because soon enough we'll be on the post trip downer

i agree! COME on ...but i think the time will go fast

this is my favorite time of year with the colors changing and halloween and thanksgiving and then WDW!!!!! .....we have a exciting next 3 mths : ) :hyper:

we also decided to go to six flags next weekend for fright fest, - so that will be some good practice getting used to walking in a theme park : : - and waiting in lines :rolleyes:
