Maybe you will luck out and snag and evening time, but it will probably be tough. You could pick it up later if they extend the park hours.

I’ve never been able to get FOP at 60+1. Usually takes at least 60+3. For June I could not get it at 60+ 4. I get them for only two people. Larger groups would probably be harder.

That being said, I was able to get FOP as a 5th fastpass when I was there last week for two. My cousin did, too.

Last Monday, I got it for my 4th and 5th fastpass.

If I had to go on 60+1, I’d say odds are better of getting it Day-of than 60+1. That’s been my experience.

It's certainly possible, but your odds are much better at 60+3 and such. If you can't get that, trying to get it on the day of is an option.

You may get one, you may not.
My advice is to just keep checking.
I only saw evening ones for my 60+1 for my July trip.
I took a NRJ instead.
The other night I looked at there was a 1:30pm for FOP so I snagged it.
My hope is to happen upon a noonish one as I'd like to leave around noon.

I didn't have luck at 60+3 (Aug), there weren't any to be had. We're going to RD it, since that day has AM EMH. We have another evening planned where we'll get in line at park closing. The earliest available on our departure day (day 6) was noon. Luckily we're driving and can accomodate that time!

I got one for June at 60+3. It is at 4:40, but it could have been worse.

I also have had more luck on day of than 60 + (anything less than 4 days). I am usually only looking for 2 or 4 people.

At 60 + 1, Na`vi River is available. For FOP, you will probably have to schedule an AK visit later in your trip.

Or do what I did and just rope drop. If you get there early enough you can ride FOP twice in an hour without a FP.

We easily got it for 60+2, but it’s for 455. There were plenty of evening choices, that was just the earliest we could get.

We rode FoP at closing last night. Posted wait time was 75 minutes but it was actually 35. If evening is an option for you (even for a second or third ride of a trip) it’s a great park to hop to late in the day!

It could happen, but at 60+1 is difficult. we have had good luck at 60+3 and later.
