FOP FP Suddenly Available

I’ve been checking for 11/25 frequently to change our river journey to a FoP fp. Over a dozen times were suddenly avaliable today. I checked several other random days for this month and they all have multiple times avaliable. So if you’re trying to get FoP this month, nows the time...

I wonder if it’s a glitch or if they actually released that many fp.

I just got mine, and found a bunch of others newly available too, for 12/14!!

I just modified my Decmber FOP from 6:30pm to 12:45pm!! Now we don't have to rush through our 5pm Boma dinner AND we will be able to get more FP's after we use the FOP one. Originally having a 6:30 FP would have made it nigh impossible to get any after using it.

TY! was able to adjust my timeslot the day before. Seems there are a bunch available each day of my trip.

Now if only this could happen with SDD!

Thank you!!!!! I finalized my 11/22-12/2 trip after the 60 day window had opened and was locked out of FOP for all days. But I was just able to switch NRJ on my 3 AK days to FOP. I’m so grateful for the heads up! I love FOP and thought that I’d be missing out on this trip unless I braved a two or three hour line or tested my luck by getting into line at park close.

ETA that this happened with a prior trip too, with a ton of sudden FP availability for FOP on a random day a month or so in advance. It didn’t last, as everything was grabbed up quickly. But I didn’t notice a corresponding spike in FP wait times.

Wow, checking days throughout November and December and there are ALOT of times available though mostly afternoon from what I've seen (a few AM times). That's not due to extended hours because it's throughout the afternoon and not during new time slots and most of the days haven't changed hours.

Thank you!!!! THis is why I love checking these boards! I've been secretly trying to get one for my parent's trip in December when my mom couldn't find one at 60+1 days, hoping to surprise them! Just got them one and my mom is so happy!!!

So strange! I'm still surprised to see so many times available. I woke up and checked this morning and was surprised to see FPs available for my date (late Nov). And then when I saw all the slots available, I started to wondering if this is due to a glitch or did they really release that many more. Either way, I'm grateful! As an offsite guest, it's really hard to get a FoP FP. Hopefully the FP lines won't be super long.
