Foodies UNITE! How I gained 7lbs 9/29-10/6 Lots of pictures for YOU!

That Caesar Salad from YSH made me LOL!!! As did the 24 oz. Porterhouse...that thing is HUGE.....please let me know if your DH ate it ALL as he doesn't look like that big of a guy!!!

Honestly, I am a cheese plate girl and the cheese plate story cracked me up too!! American, colby, LOL!!!

Not laughing at you...just the way you put things!!!

Coral Reef

Another new restaurant for us...

We were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation time and was taken to a tank side table. It was beautiful! except for when the big turtle totally did some business right infront of our table. LOL!!!!

We were celebrating our anniversary and Joe had arranged for the diver and customized menus. The menus were adorable. However....they kinda got my name wrong. Our last name is "Sherry" and very often I get called "Sherry" rather than "Sandy". So I wasn't surprised when the menu read "Happy anniversary Sherry and Joe!" LOL!

First came bread and butter. Yummm!

Neither of us ordered an appetizer-we just didn't see anything that sounded good.

Entree for Joe was...you guessed it! Steak!

Joe's dessert was the chocolate wave:

Both the steak and dessert was great!!!

My entree was the chicken caesar salad. I once again didn't anticipate having cut my own lettuce but...I was a pro at it by this time. LOL!

My dessert was excellent. It was the Bailey's and Jack Daniel's Mousse. I really liked the top two layers, but the bottom layer tasted like really strong alcohol. I don't drink at all so I wasn't crazy about it. But the top two flavors went down real good! lol

And here was the diver with sign. It was completely expected (because I dropped MAJOR hints during planning) but still very sweet.

We didn't do much at the F&WF. We sampled a wine or two but again, we don't really do alcohol so we were pretty unimpressed. We did get fish and chips though!

Goofy's Candy Co will be coming up in a little while....

KONA is one of our fav restaurants and I love the filet there!

No dialogue is needed...enjoy the pictures

This one is my favorite-ONLY 250 calories and 12 grams of fat...FOR 1/2 THE COOKIE! LOL!!!!

Okay, I know it's tough to follow Goofy's Candy Co., but these are honorable mentions...

Frozen lemonade:

This was some of the best popcorn and while it's just Orville Reddenbacher (sp?) it must have some pixie dust or *something* on it...was so tasty!

I think this concludes my food trip report. I wish there was more!
