Piled my plate high with food, couldn't finish it all! Wow, I'm a greedy wotsit!

Wow. You eat early. Not even lunch time here. And since my daughter just got off work, haven't done any gifts yet. Did get the table set.

We had "dinner" at noon (we're in CA). Oldest son goes into work at 11pm, so needed to get some sleep before that.

I've had my normal breakfast and lunch so far, including one treat (a Christmas cookie). I'm saving my calories for dinner, wine and dessert tonight!

I worked that schedule for 25 years. Christmas was usually a no sleep before work night, pass the Mountain Dew for me.

We didn't get around to breakfast (pancakes requested by DS) until about 2:00 pm. I'm just starting dinner; it'll be on the table around 8:00 pm. DH got a tomahawk steak for Christmas so it's that - reverse-seared and served with bernaise, and lobster tails. We never have turkey for Christmas when I'm in charge of the menu.

We had a rib roast from Harry and David which had been a gift to us. There were three of us at dinner, and two slices went out as leftovers for our guest.

We had Christmas brunch at 12:30 pm. It was very yummy.
