So what things do you (perhaps oddly) prefer hot or cold rather than the way it's intended to be eaten? Like cold pizza or fried chicken? I actually love to zap up my pb&j sandwiches in the microwave. Just 15 seconds to gooify the pb and I'm a happy camper! Will also sometimes heat up a granola bar.

Eating cold pizza for lunch, but I also like cold fried chicken.

I don't like cold or room temperature hummus. I like warm and if a restaurant serves it cold I ask them to heat it up. The same goes for stuffed grape leaves.

I prefer my deviled eggs & potato salad a bit warm (well atleast room temp) I will eat them both cold too but just prefer them room temp. My DH gets skeeved out when I pop the potato salad in the microwave to get the chill off.

I don't like cold pizza though.

I prefer my quiche cold. When I make it for dinner, I set a piece aside right away for breakfast the next day. :)

I like cold pizza only if it's real NY pizza!:):)

I agree with you on the pb&j sandwiches. What I do is put them in the grilled cheese maker. Try that for the perfect melted pb&j sandwich.

I also love chinese food the next day - after it has had a chance to chill in the refrigerator overnight.

I do like potato salad a little warm, but I wouldn't microwave anything with mayo in it. I just eat it when I first make it.

Marry me! :faint:

Seriously...why didn't I think of that??

I prefer my beer at room temp (or "cellar temp," I'm told). Refrigerated cold beer is way too bitter for my taste.

Chinese food, on the second day, is sometimes better cold. Lo mein and chicken fingers...if you try to reheat, they end up greasy and mushy.

I like some things better at room temp. Cheese is a good example, it has more flavor at room temp then when you eat it just out of the fridge. Same thing with tomato juice. I pour a glass and wait about 30 minutes and it tastes much better.:)

I can only eat granola bars, power bars, etc cold. I have a section in the fridge full of chex mix bars, granola bars, luna bars, balance bars. Leftover cold turkey from Thanksgiving/Christmas is so much better to me than warm/hot turkey.

I like KFC's chicken strips just as much cold as I do hot. I always set one aside (can't eat them all anyway) for a quick grab-and-go breakfast the next morning. Cold pizza is also good for breakfast the next day. :thumbsup2

I also like cold pizza for breakfast the next day - well, room temperature anyway. Also like cold leftover spaghetti. Like warm potatoe salad and ice cream a little mushy - the consistency of soft serve.

I almost always prefer my food cold. Especially desserts. When we go out someplace that has like a warm brownie dessert or something I tell them to leave the brownie cold/room temp. I hate warm desserts. I love cold pizza, spaghetti, and just about everything cold.

I do however like Snickers bars warmed up for 10-15 seconds in a microwave and eaten with a fork (but I don't eat them very often, like one every year or so).

I like my pie cold. I'm not sure if that's weird though..

I like pizza and yakisoba to be room temperature.

I don't like hot coffee because it makes me too hot, it has to be cold.

I heat up my milk to put into cereal. I won't eat cold cereal at all.
Eating cold cereal is like freezing up my soul some LOL!

not a big fried chicken lover, but if I have to have it, I definitely prefer it cold. I like pizza both hot or cold. hmmm....I've unfortunately discovered that frozen cookies are delicious. there goes hiding them in the freezer! lol.
