Thanks so much. Do you by any chance know what a meal like this consists of, ie. amount and types of courses, wine pairings, etc?

The signature dinners I have been to are usually a minimum of 5 courses, at least one wine paired with each course. As to specifics about Raglan Road, I don't know, but I do hear Chef Kevin is generous with portions. I'd also guess they might include at least one beer, it being Raglan Road.
