Food&Wine beverage/culinary demonstrations

We've never done these before, but there's a first time for everything... and I think that time will be Wednesday, 11/11/15!! I have a question about the timing on the demonstrations. If I schedule a 1pm culinary demonstration, will we have time to get to a 2pm beverage demonstration? Culinary demos are listed as 45 minutes, and I believe the demos are all in the same building (Festival Center, the old Wonders of Life Pavilion), so I'm hoping this can be done!

You should be fine. I did it, way back in the days when both culinary demos and beverage demos were free. I walked out of the culinary demo, and noticed a beverage demo soon to start wasn't full. And although they say 45 minutes, the culinary demo I attended last week also started at 1:00, but we were done by 1:35. It seemed he planned on leaving several minutes for people to mingle.
