Food trucks at Disney Springs - any recent visits here?

I might decide to give up our Frontera reservation at Disney Springs, in order to try some of the wonderful quick service places now available there (and to save a little moola!). The Disney Food Trucks look interesting and I think we would all find something to eat there. Anyone been recently, and would you recommend them?

I also think it might be fun to just grab a little something here and there (say, fish and chips at Cooke's followed by a gelato from Vivoli, then grabbing some Ganachery to take back to the room).

So many places, so little time . . . we will be here for two evenings, but when I think of going without any plan at all, I feel like we will be walking in circles looking for dinner!

Didn't try the food trucks, but we had a couple of beers at Raglan Road and enjoyed the entertainment, got a sandwich from Earl of Sandwich, and a sundae from Ghiradelli. Wolfgang Puck Express gets good reviews also.
