as if more proof was needed to show you can buy anything on ebay... from Epcot, the Land's former tenants -- 3 characters from Food Rocks (plus the count down clock) -- are up for sale by "mousesurplus"... Neil Mousakka, Food Wrapper, and the Onion...

I saw the Food Rocks animatronic figure auction. THey cost upwards of $500+. I don't think it's worth it because not only is it costly, but where on earth would you put it? Unless you maybe have a basement or can put it on your lawn someplace.

Is MouseSurplus authorized to auction actual props and accessories from Disney parks? I thought DisneyAuctions was only allowed to do that, and that the animatronic figures belonged to Disney and only Disney.

Mousesurplus has a contract with Disney. They buy up surplus and no longer used items and are allowed to resell them.

They put a monorail up for auction about a year or year and a half ago.

Mousesurplus appears to be a licensed vendor. They have had some cool stuff. Earlier this year they were selling old furniture from the Poly Thier website is www.mousesurplus.com and they have a warehouse in Orlando you can visit. They have lots of stuff up now, just follow the link on their page.

I LOVE Mousesurplus....last year they were selling the trays from the food court in The Land and I bought one. It says "Living with the Land" and "Food Rocks" on it. What a souvenier that is - I love it!!

(Okay I bought it and have it hidden next to my computer because my family will REALLY think I have gone over the edge but whatever...lol)
