Food outside of the world

Are there any good mexican food places to eat outside of the world. Usually the mom and pop places are the best. I live in So. Cal. and have to have my weekly mexican fix. We are going to be in Florida for two weeks and I need to find a place to eat. I know that Epcot has a couple but we have had their food and to me it is not really that good.

There is a Chevy's Fresh Mex at the Crossroads shopping center (at the end of Hotel Plaza Blvd). I personally love Chevy's, though they are a chain of restaurants and others might not.

there's chevy's and a Tia's, but I know what you mean. and that's going to take a trip into the real Orlando. the authentic places aren't around the tourist areas of kissimmee.
