Is there a restaurant where you make your own sandwiches, loaded potatoes or pick your beans?

Some of the resort QS have make-your-own salad and make-your-own pasta, but I haven't seen any of the ones you are looking for.

Qs places want to get you in and out. Custom made options take more time. Mass produced is more in line w Disney.
