Just wondering what is the best place to eat in the MK for dinner. We already tried Crystal Palace (it was good) but we are wanting to try something different this time.

Same thing with Hollywood Studios for dinner. We tried Mama's (and loved it but we want to try something new).

We are on the Dining Plan.

Thanks for your help!!

In DHS, I would try 50's Prime Time.

MK is tough with TS (IMO) - we are trying the Plaza this time (not the best value on the dining plan). Seems like LTT gets good marks. Have you thought about eating at a MK area resort TS- 'Ohana or Kona, for example?

I agree with 50's Prime Time Cafe at Hollywood Studios. As for the Magic Kingdom the only table service location my family and I have tried is The Plaza. While it was a good location I think the Magic Kingdom has some better options if your on the Dining Plan.

I am not a fan of the sit down service at MK..LTT has a "Thanksgiving family style" menu...when we went last November the food was dry and overcooked  Like it had been under the heating lamp for many hours. The good point of LTT was that the atmosphere, theme and service was very good. Tony's was a huge disappointment..there was no theme and the food was just bad, in my opinion. We are returning this August and we are doing dinner at CRT..we had breakfast there a few years back and I am interested in trying the dinner.

All the restaurants in MK have mixed reviews so the best thing to do is pick one with a fun theme and try it for yourself...I would vote either for LTT, since the atmosphere was excellent or CRT for dinner (if you want to use 2 table service credits) :)

HS I would pick Sci-Fi, again the food at The Primetime was NOT good and the antics actually bothered my kids..9, 7 and 6. I think they will like Sci-fi better because of their theme..:)

In the MK, we like Tony's. It's an Italian theme...like in Lady and the Tramp. We like the variety of pasta, meats, salads that they have.

In the Studios, we like the 50s Prime Time Cafe, and the Sci-Fi Dine In Theater. They are both just FUN places to eat. It's not gourmet foods in either...it's just fun.

It's a must do for our family. I don't enjoy any of the MK Table Service choices. We would rather hop the monorail and hit Kona or Ohana. I might try the new Wave at the CR this upcoming trip.

At the Studios, besides Mama Melrose we don't care for any of them. If we had to pick another, we would pick 50's Prime Time.

At the Magic Kingdom, we love the Plaza. A lot of people don't think you get the "bang for your buck" on the dining plan. But we enjoy it as a change of pace from all the "heavy" meals we eat on the dining plan. It has becoe one of our three must do's every trip.

I would also recommend hoping on the monorail and going to Kona :thumbsup2

My family really enjoyed both The Plaza and Liberty Tree tavern in MK. 50's Prime Time and Sci-Fi are both great at DHS, with Prime Time being our favorite of the 2. Happy planning!
