We are staying at fort wilderness cabins 12/1 for a week, thinking about using door dash for a few meals, do they deliver to the fort , if so do they come to cabins or do we meet them somewhere? Thanks
Door Dash is a meal delivery service (different from a grocery delivery service). In that regard, it's not different than having Domino's deliver pizza to the Fort.
IIRC the current Fort rules are that you must meet a delivery driver at the Fort checkin building for hand off the food. They are not permitted to deliver directly to the individual cabins (nor specific campsites).
Meal and grocery services deliver to the Fort checkin building and if you're not there the food is put in a cooler for whenever you show up (if it's paid for and no handoff issue like certifying age for alcohol delivery). This rule is the same as any of the other on-property Disney World resorts.

PS - that's the policy. In some tourist areas there is fraud taking place with flyers delivered under cabin/room doors offering food deals who don't deliver as promised. So strangers aren't allowed past the checkin area or they risk the rath of corporate Disney. Not taxis or Uber drivers, not grocery or food deliveries, not stroller/scooter deliveries, etc. Hope it works out for you.
