Food Delivery - Instacard?

Hi.
Are people still using Instacart for food/alcohol delivery?
I know I need to be there for the alcohol but not sure if anything or service has changed since February.

The car service I use allows me to stop at Publix to pick up a curbside order I do ahead of time, and then we run into the liquor store that is right there in the same plaza.. But I know others who have used them recently and had no issues.

They delivered to us in the Grandstand section of SSR last Thurs (Aug 18th). Same good & speedy service as several years ago when we used them last.

We had alcohol delivered so needed to show ID. Some of our selections were unavailable but I swapped them or declined via text with the shopper.

We had planned on pickup (we have our vehicle) but had a kiddo with heatstroke. Very last minute and super efficient.

Thank you. Im booking a limo with FlTours and I can get a food stop but we will have my 14 month old grandson with us. We land in MCO at 1030 am but will have been up since 4 am, so not sure how he will do with one of us waiting in limo with him while we shop.

I do a Publix instacart order ahead of time and then do curbside pick up. I set my arrival time about an hour after we land. I use the one in Lake Cay Commons, and there is a liquor store right there so we run in while they bring out the grocery order.

We are never there more than 10 minutes!

Wow! Thank you! So, on Instacart, there is a place for me to do my own pick up at Publix or is this directly through the Publix site. This would save me from going down and getting food by one person and alcohol by another on our first day.

I would have everything set for me. Thinking now, I could do this for our BWV trip when we move. My dd leaves and we move from GFVs to BWVs and my sister meeting us.

I am going with my dd and dgs to the airport when they leave and get them to security and going to head back using U er but maybe Ill take a service and have them stop and do the same and run into liquor store (the alcohol is as important as our food lol).

I think I will try this if you can give me a little more information.

We do the same thing, we have a car service which includes a stop for groceries. We use publix grocery pick up, through instacart. We fly into MCO, choose the Publix on Universal Boulevard. It has worked flawless so far, only takes about 5 minutes extra, and if you include alcohol, you no longer have to plan on meeting somebody in the parking lot to grab your groceries.
