Food Court rumour

Is it true that Disney is going to contract out more of the food court operations like they have at Coronado Springs? The main reason I would never stay there is that 10% "extra" they add onto your bill. Will the other food courts be following suit?

I have not heard anything...I heard things about some of the food courts in the parks doing that but not the resorts.
