Food booths during holiday season

Hi, folks! It's been years since we were at the World during the Christmas season. I hear that there are now food booths up then, something like during Food & Wine and Flower & Garden. What can we expect on that front? Lots of booths, or just a few? What sort of foods? Thanks all!

Each country will have an additional booth that serves 1 or 2 dishes and usually a few beverages with maybe an alcoholic drink. Also, there will be additional food booths that are from countries not represented around the WS. I have been often for Christmas and the new food booths are interesting. There will be additional food booths at the American pavilion and at the entrance to the WS from FW. If I remember correctly, there are roughly 15 additional food booths.

Last year was the first year and there were 8-9 booths, this year they've announced a total of 15 I think. The menus aren't released for 2017 yet, but 2018 saw 3-4 dishes on each booth menu, with higher prices and larger portions than most of the Food and Wine/flower and garden booths. Not many items available as a snack credit, but plenty big enough to share or to serve as a proper meal for one person.

last year was our first year around Christmas as well and we are going back in December again this year. So I cannot wait to see the booth menus. Any idea when they will announce them? After years of going during F&W, I lost interest a bit and/or felt that it became increasingly pricier with less quality, but I then kind of missed it. So going during Christmas was a way to "wean off" the F&W I guess.
