Food and Wine with dining plan

Sorry..I am sure this has been asked but I do not have time to search and need a quick answer. Can the counter service "vouchers" be used at some of the vendors during the event? Not sure how this works!

You can use your snack credits at the booths. You can't use the DDP at any of the special events.
